I hadn't tried adjusting the tooltips in a long time, after a number of patches. When I tried recently it didn't work as expected. Looking closer it seems that only the slider for the UI Tooltip Delay has any effect. Not only that, but it controls both tooltips, for the Menu Bar (as the manual calls it) and the asteroid info. The slider for the Asteroid tooltip seems to effect nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this?
