Problem download 2.04

HI,
i downloaded every times the new patch 2.04 from this link :

http://www.dyson-game.com/smf/index.php?topic=482.0

but when i open the installer, i always read these words:

"this will install Eufloria patch v. 2.02 on your computer"

why?
