It's a crazy Russian-developed RTS that is apparently quite broken, but still very funny. I am a fan of the Russian sense of humour.

well if you are a fan of a russian comedy,then i really recommend you the game.it is crazy and has the blitzkrieg engine into it.oh yeah and even crazyer thing is that the second mission is very hard but also too easy (crazy,isnt it?).(if you need some hints just send me a message on my profile.i won the hole game )

Blitzkrieg 2 engine from 2005 (if I remember correctly), simplified Blitzkrieg mechanics.

Also, texts in Russian version were translated by some machine translate to English and then from English.
