According to Norwegian clocks, it is summertime now(or what is it called?) and the forum clock is one hour late, is that normal?

Seems you can’t explicitly change to Daylight Savings Time (that’s what it’s called in anglo-saxon countries, AFAIK), but you can go to your profile -> Look and Layout Preferences, there you click “auto detect” next to the Time Offset field and the script will hopefully insert the correct number, at least it did for me.
